Thank you for considering choosing our clinic for your vein and aesthetic care. We know payment options and price are always a concern when considering this type of service. Our staff can provide you with an exact cost for your customized treatment plan at the time of your initial consultation. Payment options can also be discussed at that time. We have included here some initial information on our payment policy.

These procedures are not covered by any insurance plan. We will accept payment by cash, check, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. Full payment is expected by the day of your initial treatment. For those wishing to spread out their payments over time, we would be happy to provide information regarding our financing options. We have plans available through CareCredit, River Regional Credit Union and Central Bank.

Our VenaCure and Sclerotherapy procedures are typically covered by insurance. Our staff will assist you in determining your benefits and coverage.

We accept Medicare assignment. Please be sure to bring your Medicare card to your appointment, and any secondary insurance information.

Our front office will be happy to file your insurance claim. All copayments will need to be paid at the time of your visit. If you have any questions concerning your copayment you will need to contact your insurance company. Be sure to bring a current copy of your insurance card to your appointment. If you forget your card we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

If you belong to a managed care plan that requires a referral from your primary physician you will need to provide that prior to your first visit. It is your responsibility to obtain this referral. We will be happy to assist you as needed. If you have not obtained a referral prior to your appointment you will need to be rescheduled.

We do accept Medicaid patients in our participating plan network. A current Medicaid card must be presented at the time of your visit.

We require full payment at the time of service unless prior financing arrangements have been made.
